That game was a lot of fun. The second I got out of the car it started just coming down. What a memorable game it was. " It's officially Saturday Night in Death Valley". I still feel bad for the kicker though.

Thanks Crawfish....Contrary to popular belief I'm not a basher. I loved that game. It was a whole lotta fun. You can't beat a lil football in the rain.

For all intents and purposes, they should have won. We all know they were not even close to the team LSU was in the long run, but thats why they play the game. The water was the great equalizer for most of it. But, thinkin about it, you knew LSU would make that run eventually and win it. More talent won that game. Still it was a super game to be at. That place went nuts on the Bowe TD late in the game. It was truly awesome.

Watching the OSU game.. God I hope that these playcalls were Sabans doing.. Toss sweeps, reverses and 3 wide sets (no fullback most of the time) on a sloppy field.. With a power running game like LSU had last year, with inexperienced WRs and QBs, You give the ball to the running back straight up the gut.. over and over and over.. if they stop you, you punt, get the ball back, and do it again.. over and over and over.. your RB gets tired, you have 3 to to take his place... over and over and over.. You want to throw the ball.. after running it over and over and over those safeties will move up, then you can beat the corners long on a double move.. was just a badly coached game on the offensive side of the ball...

haha funny thing is alexis serna, the kicker, i think ended up goin like 16 of 18 on FG's which is very good, but i'm still pondering how a college kicker could miss 3 XP's in one game.....
