Like I said, we would appreciate the defensive effort that much more after this week's game.

313 yards 34 points, in just 25 minutes of play

on pace for 700 yards and 80 points

Same team that had 13 points (3 points were a gift) and less than 200 yards with 12 minutes to go int the game vs LSU

True, but, I'm glad to see them come back and play their game after the beating they took from our Tigers. Hope they continue to have a good season.

I do too. I hope they go undefeated and beat the living hell out of everyone.

That "body of work" they refer to at the end of the season when they talk about who should be in the BCS CG, will go a long long way for LSU

Make that 41pts BEFORE half time. I know Nevada is not exactly top competition, although they did beat Boise St. last year, it still puts how well the defense played against this team in more perspective.

    Halftime report

    Darren Thomas looks very sharp.

De Anthony Thomas 2TD receiving, ripping off long runs also.

Suspended Duck's Kiko Alonzo, Cliff Harris both played in first half. Harris hasn't shown up much.

Nevada has a cool-headed 5th year senior at QB, and a good strong RB, they've moved the ball, picked up too many first downs.

Ducks appear to have a good red-zone Defense; blocked field goal, took ball away on downs.

Oregon would have scored more, had they gotten Nevada off the field more often on 3rd down.

    Go Ducks

This game puts into perspective just how good our team is. Our team scored 40+ points and shut uo down except for the free garbage points we allowed. Miles had enough class to not try and humiliate the ducks, beating them was enough no need to rub salt in the wound. Uo knows what kind of team we have and if chip Kelly didn't vote LSU #1 after last weeks beating he is a completely dishonest about exactly what happened to his team.
