Orgeron passes first test with hiring of Canada

So we have a proven recruiter in eaux, a proven dc in arrange, and a solid oc (can't say proven yet), and a proven special teams coach. I think we are better off now than we were the past several years, I'm very optimistic but I think next year is a growth year, 2018 look out.
