CBS has LSU finishing 6th in SEC West on their board. Barrett Sallee says No running game, can't compete in the SEC, costing Orgeron his job. 6th is pretty bad, considering Ole Miss is Bowl banned & on Probation for 4 years.

Perhaps a Silver Lining? Fire O & Alleva & within 2 years, depending on who's hired, could mean a competitive LSU again.

• CBS hasn't done any picks that I've seen. They did report on the picks the media chose during SECMD and that was 5th.
• Barrett has referenced a few betting sites on over/unders WHICH has Arkansas going under 6, LSU going under 7. The sportsbook has Ole Miss over six. That's not CBS or Barrett *says,* it's CBS and Barrett reporting on a sportsbook.
• Sallee's comments have been about schedule and Burrow. He's not brought up the running game. Quite frankly, he doesn't think that far into his opinion(s.) And two, I've not seen national guys speak of returning running back production. Fans, yes. Pundits, few, if any.

Just enjoy the ride it either will or won't work out. You have no control over it anyways.
