Ouch! Are the Gators showing disrespect by not considering LSU a key game?
If all they see is a new head coach, they're making a critical mistake.....

We're obviously one of the two best teams on their schedule, but they will always see UT as the bigger game.

Looks more like he just forgot instead of not respecting LSU

That's exactly right. I want other teams to take us lightly so we can knock their jocks clean off come gameday.

Have you ever seen someone get hit by a car, witnessed an auto accident, or seen someone get hit by a baseball or a flying object while they're looking in the other direction?

You know how you see it all unfold in front of you in momentary slow motion? All you can do is let out a worthless yell, hunch your shoulders, clinch your fists, and watch the collision.

You know what I'm talking about?

That is the feeling I have every time I read about the Gator hype, Urban "Jesus Christ" Meyer, and the expectations in Gainesville. This is going to be GREAT when it all unfolds. These Gator fans and the media munchers are in for one hell of an awakening this Fall.

It's like getting a new bike (coach) that has no brakes (defense) and attempting to ride it straight down a mountain (the SEC) with total disregard for the painful death (LSU) that lies waiting just around the bend...

Well... just because a fan poll left us out, don't mean the players left us out.

We won a CLOSE game IN THE SWAMP last year, so the Gators wont forget that

I think someone posted the stat that Florida has beaten us the last few times at home. They will most likely be a better team then last year (you have to give Meyer SOME credit), but we will be better, still :thumb:

As long as our pass defense performs well, I reckon we should be in the clear.
