Damn we have a stud WR class this year. We get the number 1 and 2 WR in the nation. With our returing WR the freshman and our stud QB we look down right scary. Josh Reeds record of 293 yard on 19 receptions looks in jeopardy. Look out the Tiger are coming.
Tony Bell's insane. Instead of playing with these guys, now he's gonna have to face them. Can't say I feel for him though.
You know, with a WR team like we have now... I dare say it doesn't even matter who starts at QB now. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for Randall to shock everyone next year (Just a thought... I'd rather see Russell in there, but Randall deserves a shot at it for sure)... Hell, I think I could win the heisman with receivers like this... next season is going to be a truly beautiful thing. Geaux Tigers!
To be fair, maybe would should allow each team to simply spot us 40 points and only allow our offense to take the field if the other team ever reaches 40 ! Honestly, we are getting some really good players to add to a good team with a very good coach and staff. Each year's team is different, however, I believe next year's team will achieve much ... how much? ... who knows... thats why we play the games.
We have definitely started to stockpile talent. We no longer rebuild, we simply reload. It is indeed a great time to be a Tiger! Thank you Nick and Co.!
What about if they spot us 10 points and we dont play offense. We'd still win most if not ALL of 'em. Awesome Defense + Awesome Offense + Skylar Green returning =One helluva Frickin Team
This is probably the best receiver class ever pulled in on paper and I would be willing to bet that great receivering prospects achieve their hype more than other positions. But don't start dreaming about too many passing yards just yet, last years class was incredibly talented also so it will be hard to surpass those guys. But it is fun dreaming isn't it? And just think when we go to a spread formation with 5 wideouts once in a while, there will be at least 2 DB's shitting on themselves.
