Miles and Co. Outcoached saban and his crew. Plain and simple. This is the second year in row this has occurred. Just thought this topic deserved a thread.
Amazing isn't it? Our coach has a 3-2 record against that other coach and keeps winning big games. Beat them at their place this year, and left our O in the locker room. :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
The almighty Saban was outcoached in his own home. The unbeatable Crimson Tide was beaten. Bama has to come to death valley next year and play a very talented LSU team- some say a better team- in a guaranteed night game (may God have mercy on them because LSU won't) It's great to be a tiger fan! Bama can keep Saban. Give me Les Miles anytime. (And yes, I would say that even if we woulda lost)
bama will be without half of the players on the defensive side of the ball next year. This year they returned around 10 players. Only gets better for LSU next year.
3-2, & could've possibly been 4-1, (the Peterson Int that should've been, in bama's territory) but I wont cry over spilled milk. YES! In little Nicky's house with the entire nation watching! I love it! Miles salutes the bama student section before the game while they're booing him, & during the game, Saban was huffing & puffing like he's famous for. His players were scared to make a mistake. Miles didn't have to pull out tricks for this one, just made a tough (the right) decision to pull Lee (who looked like Bambi in 18 wheeler headlights) & JJ did just enough to win the game. I love it that he was so arrogant to try to have Maze throw out of the wildcat. He was hoping so badly to rub that in the Hater's face! Instead, our beast of a Safety ripped it out of the TE's hands for a game changing INT!
