Pat Summit Diagnosed w/ Alzheimer's
  1. Pat Summit has been diagnosed w/ early onset dementia (Alzheimer's type) at age 59. This sucks. Prayers for her and her family.

    It's never good but at 59, geez.
  3. This is very sad indeed. I work in a hospital, and when I have to go to the seniorcare (GeriPsych is what they call it) there are quite a few patients who are in the latter stages of dementia. It truly is a sad thing to behold. I feel for Coach Summit and her loved ones.
