His Nittany Lions loss to Iowa 6-4. Penn State doubled in the bottom of the 9th to score 2 runs, but it wasn't enough.

Give it up JoePa, please. It hurts to watch a great legacy suffer like this.

That's like telling Rice he can't catch aTD anymore.

His probable replacement was across the sidelines, so say the "experts." Agree though, its time to pack it up. Great coach, one of the best ever. Just time to move on.

Watched most of the second half. It was pathetic. Penn State couldn't get anything out of it.

Ferentz could go to Penn State, but he's got a good thing at Iowa, but PSU is one job he would leave Iowa for. Maybe Urban Meyer from Utah. A wild card would be Nick, if he wanted to be closer to home and back in big ten country. PSU can match anything from LSU and it would be a great challange for him to bring back PSU, but that's a 1 in a million chance. Glen Mason if he doesn't have a total collapse at Minny could be a candidate. Galen Hall is the offensive coordinator at PSU.

Fran Ganter at one point was seen as the heir. He turned down Michigan State back in then so MSU took Nick as their second choice. Everything seems to be connected somehow.

Can you have any more of an odd score than 6-4?
