  1. What this means it the Republicans DO NOT have a plan. NO WAY they'd concede this otherwise. The Democrats who said this would implode on the Repub's are looking to be correct to this point.
    Theoretically, we could end up with 50 different plans. "Keep ACA or design your own." WOW. What a bunch of idiots.
