How did Byrd catch this ball? It's obvious the Auburn player is not trying to catch the ball but to keep Bryd from catching it. Man, this may be the catch of the year for a win.
Credit for catching this ball is getting lost in all of the talk about whether the play should have been called at all. And the still photo doesn't do the catch justice; Byrd was fighting to get his hands free of the DB well before the ball got there.
