  1. KyleK See you at the Box!

Years ago I had horses and cats. When I got married , I also married a little half poodle, half terrier. Next came Zeus the Rottweiler. Then, back to cats. Now we have a 3 legged Chihuahua and our newest is 1/2 min-pin and 1/2 Jack Russell Terrier.

I always wanted a retriever. I have only hunted w/ a dog once. It was a blast.

Can't express how much I have enjoyed Smoke. He is my first retriever and working him has become more fun to me than killing the ducks. If I'm in a blind with good shooters these days I will concentrate on my dog and let them take the shots.

I can certainly believe that. I got to where calling was more fun than the shooting (although I still took the shots, it was almost anti-climactic). I love working the green heads that are waaaaaaay out and bringing them all the way in.

I think hunting dogs are pretty cool......only one I've ever been with is a black lab and he's super sweet too, my little spaniel would never bring one of those birds back...

Cool looking Dog Tito, even better looking post hunt cocktail.....good ole southern boy right there!

Smokes is enjoyin that scratchin daddy is giving him......if he drinks/makes cocktails, picks up birds and is super sweet like most labs, he might be the perfect dog.
