disagree, hell I don't even think of Peterson anymore when I think of 7, I think of Mathieu. Plus, there have been some great players to wear that number....
Not enough numbers available to start retiring them for all of the great Tigers through history. Its a shame though. I hate seeing what Karnell Hatcher is doing to the number once worn by Tommy Casanova.
