Pray for Sidell Corley

    Don't have any details but I heard his mom was murdered this morning.

    Very sad and my prayers are with his family.

    This is terrible news. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Sidell Corley, Sr. soon after Sidell committed to LSU. He was an extremely nice man. He was in Ocean Springs, MS buying some LSU gear with Tony Jones (Phelon's dad). He was an incredibly nice man and even gave me his phone number b/c he wanted to hook up during some games and hang out. We talked for at least an hour....maybe two. I couldn't imagine how Sidell or his father feel right now.

    This is terrible news. I will pray for Mrs. Lasona, Sidell, his brothers and sister, Mr. Corley, and the entire Corley family during their time of loss.

    I'm absolutely shocked and saddened at this news.

    This is very sad. What were the details of the murder? Was it something random or someone she knew?

    Sidell's mother, Janet Penn, was murdered by Derrick Shawn Penn, her estranged husband.
