I don't think running against an 8 man front is too predictable. Everybody figured we'd throw for sure. Football is a chess match. Coaches have to think ahead. You don't know what Jimbo's reasons were, but we won, so I figure his plan worked.
The thing you have to look at is the formations... we really have formations that are majority run or majority pass.. thats where the predictability comes in... when we come out in that two tightend crap they put 8 or 9 in the box because they can cover the one (in the I) or two (in ace) wrs with their corners and one safety...
