Ok, I'll take a shot at this:

Which incoming freshman will have the biggest impact for the Tigers in 2013 and why?

If we can get Nkemdiche than him obviously, but I think a sleeper pick would be DeSean Smith. The word is he has been catching everything thrown his way lately, and Mett could really use a security blanket over the middle. If he can't block than he might be a redshirt candidate, but I think we might see him play early.

Who will be the defensive MVP and why?

Is this the year we see "The Freak" dominate and strike fear into all of our opponents like Nevis, Dorsey and other LSU DTs have done in the past? I think its time.

Who will be the offensive MVP and why?

Jeremy Hill. He becomes the first LSU running back to run over 1000 yards since Ridley in 2010.

Will Zach Mettenberger throw for 3000 yards? Explain.

No, he will have a similar year statistically as he did this year, but will improve on more of the important aspects of QB, such as converting in the red zone and on 3rd down.

    Will LSU get 10 wins?

I think it will be close. I think 9 wins is a safer bet, but if some of the new guys can gel early on, I believe this team can win 10. I don't expect any more than that.

Who will lead the defense in tackles?

    Kwon Alexander

Who will represent the West in Atlanta?

    Unfortunately, Bama :(

    The East?

    Florida

Will the SEC national championship streak end?

    Absolutely not

Incoming freshman with greatest impact, gonna go with Greg Gilmore because of the attrition on the Dline, he may not start but is likely to see alot of time due to the way Haley likes to rotate defensive linemen.

Defensive MVP will be Jalen Mills, I think teams are definitely going to try and test us in the air, Mills will have a big season.

Offensive MVP will be Jeremy Hill, the kid is special and if Mett can take some pressure off the running game Hill stands to benefit.

I think Zach will eclipse 3000, he is going to have to be better, with a year under his belt and his future as an NFL qb in the balance I think he comes through.

I say yes we get 10 wins

I think Lamin Barrow will lead the team in tackles

LSU will be in Atlanta along with South Carolina

And the SEC streak will end because our conference will not play for it all, we take a loss, I don't know where, but Ohio State and Oregon will play for it all.

A rebuilding year in Columbia, especially on the defensive side of the ball. They've got four returning starters on defense coming back, but the biggest issue is them losing half of their two deep due to graduation. A pretty big question mark over their running back corps next season as well.

    Herron. team needs DEs.

A quick note: I haven't read any of the responses yet because I wanted my answers to be as genuine as possible, and reading them may have planted ideas in my head that may have swayed my opinions, so if I duplicate anything, I apologize.

Which incoming freshman will have the biggest impact for the Tigers in 2013 and why?

Quan Leslie will potentially be our version of AJ Green or whats-his-face-from-Bama that was the only receiver to routinely beat Patrick Peterson. We're in need of a big go-to-receiver, and at 6-4, he fits the bill. He plays immediately. Avery Johnson may be in the running for this as well. He's got genetics on his side.

Who will be the defensive MVP and why?

Freak is the obvious choice, but I believe it may end up being Kwon Alexander. That's just plain ole gut instinct, plus I REALLY liked what I saw before he got banged up.

Who will be the offensive MVP and why?

If they use him right, it SHOULD be Jeremy Hill. I think Cope has a shot for his unappreciated supporting role, plus he decided to stay with us instead of following the crowd out the door.

Will Zach Mettenberger throw for 3000 yards? Explain.
Yes, I believe he will. He was only 400 or so short of that this year, and he didn't come on until there were only five games left in the season. Add the influx of WR talent from the freshman class and you get a 3,000+ yard season.

    Will LSU get 10 wins?

I honestly don't know if the defense will have the experienced horses to keep opposing offenses from scoring, or if the coaches will figure out when to throw and when to run, but LSU is really good at surprising me. At worst, 8 wins, but we might see a new dynastic team rise from the dirt left by our departed junior class, and take us all the way.

Who will lead the defense in tackles?

    Kwon Alexander.

Who will represent the West in Atlanta?
I choose not to answer this question.

    The East?

The lack of talent across the board almost defaults to Florida.

Will the SEC national championship streak end?

No. Unfortunately, though...I may end up wishing it would, and I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about.

Which incoming freshman will have the biggest impact for the Tigers in 2013 and why?
Ethan Pocic, because OL positions will be open and he's an early enrollee. I just sense something about his work ethic.

Who will be the defensive MVP and why?
Jalen Mills, for all the reasons everyone else who picked him has already stated.

Who will be the offensive MVP and why?
Alfred Blue, he will be playing to get paid in 2014
    .
Will Zach Mettenberger throw for 3000 yards? Explain.
Yes, I think his pocket awareness and touch on his passes improves. His receivers will improve also. Oh and he wants to get paid also.

    Will LSU get 10 wins?
    At least 10.

Who will lead the defense in tackles?
    Barrow or Mills

Who will represent the West in Atlanta?
    LSU

    The East?
    Florida

Will the SEC national championship streak end?
There will be two non SEC undefeated teams next season, so there's a good possibility of it happening.
