Just wanted to post the link to the NCAA Infractions Committee news release of the probation so that everyone who hasn't read it can post without guessing so much as many of the posts on both sides of the debate that I've seen are incorrect. Some did have it correct though. if it is going to be such a big part of the debate then everyone involved should know exactly what the restrictions are.
