I posed this question in another thread, but did anyone else enjoy the halftime show for LA Tech? The band looked great. The part where it looked like soldiers marching with their rifles was awesome and so was (of course) the tank. When the crowd started chanting USA with as much passion and fervor as they would LSU, I got chills. Lee Greenwood also did good. Great job, Tiger Band.
Yes, I did enjoy that very much. Very cool display by the band , nice singing and patriotic atmosphere.

From what I saw on TigerVision, the band looked great. However, camera crews across the country need to learn how to film marching bands. Closeups of a couple of band members doesn't show us what's going on. However, I am no fan of Lee Greenwood and his ego (from first-hand experience when he sang with the band in 2001).
Nice to see some appreciation for the band. If you've never been there, you can't imagine how hard they work to prepare and execute a good show. Tigervision didn't show the half-time show very well. If there's a good Utube, I'd sure appreciate someone posting the link.
i may have just had bad acoustics in the press box, but is it just me or did Lee Greenwood sing like obsessively too loud? he drowned out the band imo. But all-in-all, it was a good show.
Wouldnt you if your ENTIRE career and life was sumed up with one song! I do wish I could have seen that on tv 98.1 can only do so much with presenting images.
The soldiers and tank formations were the coolest thing I've seen the band do for halftime. Unfortunately I can't see the formations from my seat so I didn't record it. I did get his appearance at the TAF party. I'm uploading it right now and will add it to this post when it's done.
