It did look awesome. It would be nice to start a tradition like that. When printing out the tickets, they just make them purple or gold to correspond with what color to wear in that section.
Telling people to wear colors doesn't work that well. Alot of people don't hear the message or just don't care. I recall alot of people here on this board not giving a damn about LSU requesting the fans wear gold for the one football game this last season. There will always be a great number of people just not doing it. At least with the way they did it last night, I'd estimate that 92% of the people wore the right color.
Was yours on full screen HD or the letterbox size?? Mine from DirecTV was letterbox...and I would have much preferred to fill up the big screen!!!!!
I know this isn't exactly on topic but what did the long black banner say that was held up in the front row of the student section in the second half? I was a little higher up in the SS and couldn't see it.
