I've never been to Tiger Stadium before, but I'm hoping to correct that this year. Me and some friends are planning on coming into town for the Auburn game (having gone to Illinois we need get our big-time college football kicks vicariously through other schools). I'm shopping tickets but I have some general questions regarding Tiger Stadium that I'm hoping someone can help with:

    1) What's the difference in sitting in the 100's versus the 300's. From the map they seem like they should be roughly the same, but the 100's seem to always go for more $. Are they in the sun or something?

    2) How low is too low? This will probably be my only time in Tiger Stadium so I want to make sure we get awesome seats. We went to Neyland last year and had 3rd row seats, which were awesome, but we had trouble seeing the game.

    3) Any general recommendations?

    Thanks!

The west side is shaded by the upper deck in the late afternoon. The east side has the sun in their eyes. No difference between them at night.

The first 6 rows have poor views, in my opinion. Your big problem is not getting the corners of the upper decks.

It's a sellout game, you may not be able to be picky if you don't have tickets already. The scalpers will burn you for sideline seats.

Did you find the right guy.......red can tell you anything about the stadium you want to know from the underground drainage to the infastructure.....seriously.

If you sit by him though, you'd better stay in your seat- with the exception of pregame, kickoffs, and big plays. :hihi:

Or try a broker or eBay, perhaps. Avoid the upper-decks like the plague. I find that most seats in the lower bowl offer great views. You should be able to find tickets between the 20s and rows 15-30 at the game. Those aren't too bad especially w/the chairback seats.
