Spurrier is not as irritating as he used to be. I guess that is because now, he can't seem to beat us. It is the Saban saga that irritates me the most.

He has never said anything negative about LSU that I can recall, however, he is a former coach who is coaching at a hated rival. I know, people should let this go and I have for the most part, however, it is still hard to not have at least a little dislike for him due to this.

no but his trying to take credit for miles first few years wins irritated the crap out of me.

right now kiffin gets the nod for number one just because of the incredible amount of arrogance shown in such a short amount of time before ever taking the field. his stupidity and propensity for dirty tricks up there too.

    so....

    that's a laugh.

should have heard his off-the-record comments following the Bama/LSU game last year.

No not publicly, but he had a nice little laugh at our expense, the same people who showed up and cheered when he was the coach. And no Nick, most people in Lousiana can't talk like them:

“He was walking down the street yesterday before the Sugar Bowl,” Saban said on the taped comments. “He calls me. There was a guy working in the ditch, one of those coonass guys that talk funny.

“I can’t talk like them, but he can. Most people in Louisiana can.”

I liked him when he was here, didn't want to see him go and have learned alot about his character since he left. LSU in 100 times bigger than any one coach, past or present.

Why all the hate on Kiff? If he is running his mouth and taking the SEC then I get it but seriously, this guy is a comical headline a minute. I actually find him entertaining. :)
