Where does this years team fall? I know we had great recruiting classes so I figured under Saban we are now a reloading team, not a rebuilder. In the past so called dynasties, teams that reloaded year in, year out would not get bounced from the top 15 or 20. Will we be a one hit wonder?

This team is by far a rebuilding team. LSU might be in the top 5 in 2 years.

Where do we fall today? In all honesty, I don't think we should be a top 25 team. We are just too young.

In my opinion it is sad that we are not a top 25 team. How in the hell can this be? Who is to blame so that I may kick his ass. LOL

you're right.....we definately should be a top 25 team. Hell with this talent, even as young as they are, we should be a top 10 team. If you take away the 2 turnovers that led to points, and that "oh my God" kneel on the 1 yard line which pretty much took the last beat out of my heart, that's 21 points. It could've been a much closer game, but no coulda woulda shouldas.

Hold your heads up guys. This happens to all of us. It's no fun, but there's nothing you can do about it.

Next year is a rebuilding year for us. We lose 14 starters. I hope we have the talent to replace them.

Do your best and kick all the ass you can this season.

The way I see it, Saban is building for the future. Arguably we've been loading up for a few years. We lost some skill people last year and Saban has been trying to find an offensive set (read QB) that works well enough to win games. We can beat the has-beens of the league, but obviously we are having a problem with any team that is stronger. I am pretty much resigned to the fact that LSU is not a championship team this year, but I don't blame that on coaching. We have a lot of youngsters. They are highly skilled but not yet experienced with the college game. I think LSU will challenge the SEC next year and will be in the hunt for the NC either next year, or, more likely, the year after next. I am not too worried, and I was glad to savor last year.

I believe we did our ass-kicking last year, finishing with yours! ;)
