I think the whole reason for the delay is that he really wants to go to LSU. I would understand the Dad if he were considering either Fl or FL state and LSU, but its LSU and S. FL. he should want what is best for his kid!
This sounds like one of those kids who end up here and gone in a year. NoLimitMD is right, not getting this kid might be for the best.
Plus he might qualify so yeah....thats a reason why i wasnt that upset the powe kid didnt sign with us because hes going to a jc anyway this kid might end up doing that as well.
I read in another thread that Rickey skipped his own signing. No call to cancel, nothing. That threw up red flags for me. The kid needs to be mature enough to say he needs more time and not just keep people waiting while he sticks his head in the sand. Now, throw in a father that sounds like a control freak, and I really have doubts about him. If he goes to SF, Miami, or anywhere else besides LSU, I won't lose sleep.
