good article on brown... nice to hear some humility... Michael clayton had a reputation for humility in the media... HOWEVER... He was the COCKIEST SOB youd ever meet off the field. Those who actually knew him could tell you that. I went to school with him for 3 years at CLA... He was a quarterback, and I remember watching his last play as a senior in HS. The ball was on the 4 yardline, setup for the winning touchdown, playoffs, fall 2000... instead of just throwing it to the WIDEOPEN receiver, he decides to try and run it in, he gets creamed on the 2 and fumbles the ball, loses the game. Maybe thats where he got his humility from in college? honestly though, clayton was known as a "cocky *******" to everyone outside of college football.
In '96 the library on fire game, I think that was Craig that threw those 2 INTs to R. Hill. In the '97 Cecil Goes Wild game, that was Craig who beat us b/c it sure as hell couldn't been that anemic AU running game. He also played well in the SECG against Tenn. I thought he would do well in the pros.
