Saban just said Randall wasn't a very good QB.

    I believe you.

I believe this is true, and I'll bet most of us here also believe you.

You are right. One thing about life, at least out here on the coasts, is that you can't really say **** like that anymore. He should have said something about having challenges this year, including some at times at the QB position. I don't think anyone would have argued with that. No need to make Randall feel like diddly poo.

Don't get me wrong, I am not one for being PC, but you can still make your point while being respectful.

How about being considerate or sensitive, since these kids did sacrifice a lot.

are you sure Nick was not talking about all three of the QBs this year, and not just Randall????

    As gollum would say:
"Master tricksy. Master should not be trusted. We will not listen to Master anymore!"

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

That's the impression I got watching it. He referred to the QBs as a group. A transcript of his press conference is supposed to be posted on the Dolphins web site when it is available.

Well it's a reasonable qualification isn't it? Winning a championship in college doesn't exactly translate into a Superbowl.

man you know how it is when a certain somebody PUTS Words in other people's mouth's....... half the forum runs with it and it's the Gospel  :dis: :dis:

the dude is a wanna be leader on this board, he assumes things and stretchs the truth. Thus far you're the only guy here that has posted a possible different take on what Saban said.

meanwhile the TIger forum Spin Docter will rant and rave about how it IS THIS WAY BY GOD and THIS IS REALLY WHAT HE WAS SAYING. :dis:

He does this in 90% of the posts he makes. I think it is a self esteem thing myself.

Sorry I don't buy his swill.

I can listen to Saban's Press conference and draw my own conclusions, I don't need to hear the Forum's equivalent to Joseph Goebbels and his spin on things.

    thanks for reading.
