I'm sorry but this really isn't a surprise to me. What is the big deal? He is going to take up for his team right or wrong. He's at Alabama now, not LSU, he isn't going to take up for LSU! We've known he is arrogant, no surprise.
I dont really think thats the issue Doughman, I think you handle a question like that with class. I can understand his issue with integrity being at Bama now, but dont just flat out be an azz about it, when your a head coach of a major university.
He hasn't had class in a long time if ever. He lied about not leaving LSU He lied about not leaving the Dolphins He lied about taking the Bama job. He showed off or did something to make news on our bowl day. The class left the man many years ago. He is an ass, I am very happy we have Les Miles win or lose when these kind of things happen. There is more to life than just winning!

I almost forgot, Saban also got some of our LSU players playing in the pros to go with him on his first recruiting trip after arriving at Bama. I don't often toot my own horn, I'm not sure which thread it was but I said the following: Alabama sold their souls to the devil and they got Satan as head coach. Bama was so desperate they did everything they could to try and get back where they once were! I think that is about right but you could always substitute politician as well!:lol:
