Saban to the Dolphins

Just read o the arkansas chat board that Jim Rome said he heard a rumor that Saban would be going to the Dolphins. What do yall think

Last year it was the Bears, Falcons, Giants, etc. Year before Carolina. This year Miami which does not even have an opening. Wonder if they checked with Terry Saban?

 

First off Jim Rome doesn't know his a$$ from a hole in the ground, Saban is in the middle of a season and you can bet hasn't talked to anyone about another job. However the fish need a real coach soon and Saban would probably be a good fit. Look for more and more rumors as the season closes early on some NFL teams but I expect Saban to be wearing purple and gold again next year.

Darn, he was such a good coach for us.

 

actually he is going to coach the Saints and LSU at the same time making him the highest paid coach in NCAA and Pro simultaneously.

Heard he will do it for $1 more than the highest paid NFL coach.

LSU 1's and 2's are gonna practice against the Saints underneath the Superdome on weekdays.

 

Actually, I heard Saban is going to pay money for the privlege of coaching the Saints. He wants a new stadium ... in Baton Rouge and he wants to change the black ..... to ..... purple .

 

I'm a Dolphin fan and I can assure you that Wayne Huzeinga will not pursue a college coach. He wants a guy with head coaching experience in the NFL (I'm suprised he didn't can Wanny and hire Denny Green this offseason), and if he can't get there he'll look for an NFL coordinator (Crennel and Weis probably).
