Plus I doubt you have your boat. I'll fish in someone else's but I'm sure you're like me, you're much more inclined to go when you can back up, hook up, and pull out. Rods already in boat, etc.
I didn't even bring a kayak. When I was in TN, I had my kayak, then when I went home one weekend, I brought my canoe back up with me. The one that Kyle drops phones out of.

Back in HS I raced canoes in Explorer Scouts. I got this shirt from Grumman that had a drawing of a canoe (their logo). Under it, it said "I canoe can you?" I was such a nerd I thought this was the coolest shirt ever.
