Reading the NFL will not reschedule this game, despite every Broncos QB being ruled out with Covid exposure. They list a running back as their emergency QB and a receiver who played some QB in college. Should be an.....interesting....game tomorrow.
Why won’t they reschedule? They bend over stupid for PIT-BAL, but not for the Broncos with no QBs? I just don’t understand any of these organizations’ ‘RONA policies
We have our own issues. Armstead out with Covid, and with Peat hurt, that's the whole left side of the line out.
I read it's in the covid guidelines they wrote before the season that reschedules will only be considered based on an overall number of players affected on a roster. Its specifically written in that they won't reschedule if a team gets hit at any one position, but overall have enough players to safely play.
If I am coaching the Broncos I run my offense with seven or eight linemen every play. Be completely unorthodox and make the Saints adjust. Basically forces the Saints into a goal line defense.
