1. and activate QB Ryan Griffin. I understand why this was done - with all the QB injuries around the league, RG4 is getting feelers, especially from the Rams. They activated him to keep from losing him, but I'm disappointed that Wilson is the guy who was the odd man out.
  2. I agree. I wish they would have kept him. Surely there was a special teamer or someone they could have let go. To be honest, he really hasn't lived up to expectations, but it seems like he would be needed for depth, if nothing else. I'm sure someone else will pick him up.

On that note, Vilma had his first practice today and will be available to play by week 8. I wonder if that had anything to do with it? With him being on IR, does he automatically have a roster spot or will they need to make room for him too?
    Cajun Sensation likes this.
  3. I think they'll have to let someone go to bring him back onto the 53 man roster.
  4. I'm shocked that they waived Martez Wilson.
  5. Raiders already picked him up.

    I hope he does well.
  6. Hey, we still got Herring!
  7. At least it's the raiders.

This says a lot about how much Payton values griffin. He's wasting a valuable roster spot and cut a good player to do so.

Rams were forced to call favre. They should have before Bradford was injured. He's so terrible it's painful.

  8. You're using a red herring.
  9. Ah yes, I tend to do that.

And you've apparently lost your wit.
  10. We all know that's not possible. Although I will die one day.
