    Just saw J. Russel at the Subway. That is one big man. Anyways when I walked by I was like, "anyway you can stay around one more year", he just kind of laughed and said, "we're working on that". Nice guy though
    :helmet::lsup:LSU!

    Good for you! I'd be thrilled to meet him.

    I'm also glad that you told him that we want him back next year. I'm convinced that he will be playing QB on Sundays, and there's no hurry for that to happen.

    JR has the physical and mental potential to be a truly great NFL QB.

    Congratulations. This is the first time I've ever seen someone spell Shaquille's nickname like a Morgan shed. :hihi:

    The Russian players were tough to miss too...Geert and Roubchenko.

    I'm gonna miss seeing him around. You get used to having them around and then one day they up and leave. I get that empty nest feeling. :(

    Jamarcus is a class act.

    Should have asked him what he's going to do with the Heisman trophy next year if he comes back.

    I really hope he stays too... he's getting better each year, and next year has the potential to be really special for both him and the LSU team as a whole.

    His stats show his improvement clearly (feel free to use if you run across someone criticizing him):
    Code:
    YEAR	CMP	ATT	YDS	CMP%	YPA	TD	INT	SACK	RAT
    2004	73	144	1053	50.7	7.31	9	4	13	127.19
    2005	188	311	2443	60.5	7.86	15	9	21	136.56
    2006	211	308	2797	68.5	9.08	26	7	14	168.1
