1. there are studies going on now that i am very interested in. stem cells instead of joint replacement. for the life of me i cant think of the name of the procedure. but it rebuilds/regrows the cartilage (and i think ligaments) so the joint doesnt have to be replaced. what little i have heard about has been successful. i need to do some more reading on it. if so, this would be a cure for arthritis, do away with costly/painful/not always successful joint replacement, as well as replace surgery for a lot of other proceedures.

    but pork? ok. so we can get fatter and break down those knee joints faster.
