Re: SEC 3-6 against Pac-10 since 2000 Gameday just said that the Pac-10 will win the head-to-heads this season as well. We need Tenn. to beat Cal (and obviously LSU to beat 'Zona). But Tenn./Cal will probably be the deciding game as I really don't think Arkansas will beat USC.
Re: SEC 3-6 against Pac-10 since 2000 That stat is kinda misleading because four of those six wins by the Pac 10 came from USC. They beat Auburn twice, barely beat Bama in 03', and spanked Arky last year.
Re: SEC 3-6 against Pac-10 since 2000 In the two years that USC defeated Auburn, they(Auburn) weren't very dominate in those years. They were third best team in the SEC at best. So when you have the hands down best team in the Pac 10, and possibly the nation, facing the 3rd or 4th best team in the SEC, it's only natural that USC won those two matchups. USC (one of the best in the nation) beating 3 SEC teams, two of which aren't that good, is no reflection of how strong the Pac 10 is compared to the SEC.
