SEC and the Bowls

    Anybody else catch the bit at halftime about the SEC and bowl tie-ins? With South Carolina taking itself out of the bowl picture and Arkansas losing to us it seems the SEC doesn't have enough bowl eligible teams to cover all their tie-ins. :dis:

    Old news, I don't think the SEC would have had enough even if Arkie and SC were going bowling. A down year at the bottom and in the middle.

    Who is bowl eligible,
    Auburn, UGA, UT, LSU, Bama, UF

    Thats it right ???

    Auburn gets BCS. UGA, LSU get Jan 1 games. UGA possibly as well. Bama to ???
    Music city ??? UF to ???

    Never thought about that, Weedeater bowl might not have an SEC team this year.

    Not to worry, Boise St. had a good year. They can stand in for SC. :grin:
