LINK: The SEC just released a consensus list of 1) SEC predicted order of finish, 2) National polls predictions, 3) All-SEC teams, and 4) All-American teams The publications included in the list are: Blue Ribbon Yearbook (except for National poll), Street & Smith’s, Athlon, CBS, The Sporting News, Lindy's, CFN, and Phil Steele LSU was the unanimous pick to win the SEC west, and consensus No. 2 in the National Polls. Glenn Dorsey was first team on every SEC and All-American ranking, and defensive player of the year on any list that included that category. Will Arnold looks to be the next most often mentioned, followed by Chevis Jackson and Ali Highsmith, then by Tyson Jackson and Early Doucet. Darry Beckwith and Herman Johnson were listed in three of the publications. SEC Media Daze is next week, then players report and practice starts the week after. Football is a getting close, and LSU will start the season ranked higher than any other time I can remember. This has the potential to be an amazing season! :lsup: :geauxtige :lsup:
