SEC team with most NFL players?

That would be LSU. We currently have 56 players on NFL rosters. UGA is second with 47. Kind of suprised of the list.

Keep in mind we have 12 teams whereas several conferences have as few as 8, 9, and/or 10.

 

True, but the other conferences with equal numbers of teams are not really that close to the number of players the SEC puts into the NFL. IIRC, I went through the active rosters and practice squads a couple years ago and the Big XII was about 38 players behind the SEC for second place.
