He has got to be kidding ! He admits his guy moved his pivot foot off the 3 point lineand traveled, but still wants the three pointer. Every replay I saw last night was inconclusive. Also, the call on the floor was for a three by one official, and for two by the other. The guy calling for two was a definite call with him pointing at the line.
They can review it all they want. Even if it's decided it should've been a 3, the 'W' is not coming off the board.
Two different issues. Traveling can't be reviewed, but the 3 point shot can. No official should be allowed to say "hey, I missed the traveling call, so I'll only give him 2 points!" I've finally seen the replay and does appear that it was a 3, IMO. There is not much the SEC Office can do except reprimand the officials. LSU got a good break, and I'll take a W anyway I can....
And lucky for us he was the Crw Chief and his call is the one that counted. If the other guys call was the one that counted than the video would still have been inconclusive and Arkie would have won.
I demand a review of the last play in the Capital One bowl then if thats the case. How can you miss 2 holding calls while standing right there. Yeah it was an exciting finish but at least make it legit. Even though im very upset about the call the games are over we should just leave it at that.
