LSU plays #3 Seed Tenn on Thursday at 8:45pm. If we win we will face Ole Miss who recieved a bye for the Tournament on Friday at 8:45pm. I think LSU has the potential to win these two games and advance to play Florida on Saturday. After that is is a free for all with either Vandy, Kentucky, Auburn, or Miss St in the finals. If we win against Ole Miss I think we will advance to the NIT with a 18-15 record. Only way to make it to March Madness is a SEC Tourny Championship. I have hope and good luck Tigers. We certainly can hang with Tenn. and Miss. After that who knows. It would be nothing short of a miracle if this team won 4 games in 4 days.
Tennessee will run us out of the gym. They have the anti-LSU kryptonite. runners and shooters. This team just didn't have enough offense to compete. Hopefully we get better scoring next year and return to the top of the league, I certainly think we play defense well we just need more buckets (for a reference to what i mean by offense, see Florida game first half)
They do have runners and shooters, but shooters can be streaky and they have no big game so Big Baby should have a field day against them. Then if our other guys can hit shots, who knows? thats why ya play the game.
