Two years ago, Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer was fined $10,000 for skipping his trip to the Southeastern Conference Media Days in Birmingham, Ala., on the advice of his attorney because of pending lawsuits and lots of boiling blood concerning NCAA penalties against Alabama.
