In the back of their minds remain weekends that could have been better or perfect. They lost two of three at home to last-place Tennessee in mid-April. A 5-2 loss to ninth-place Kentucky at home in the first weekend of the season prevented a sweep. So did a 7-4 loss at home to Ole Miss in late March and a 9-3 loss to Florida at home on Sunday.
