ORLANDO, Fla. ? Another LSU loss, another controversy. The No. 13 Tigers came back from a 16-3 deficit in the third quarter to take a 17-16 lead in the fourth quarter of the Capital One Bowl Friday afternoon, but they fell 19-17 to No. 11 Penn State on a 21-yard field goal by Collin Wagner with 57 seconds to play in front of 63,025 at muddy, rain-soaked Citrus Bowl Stadium.
