I have not idea if this is correct but someone told that both were prop 48s and have done well enough in school to gain another year of eligibility. Any idea if this is true ? I would love to see it.
Shy Carey & Ronnie Prude I believe this is correct on both counts. I'm pretty sure about Ronnie Prude, but not as certain about Carey. Prude will be key for us next year, since we are losing both Webster & Daniels at CB.
Yes Prude will help. We will also have Mario Stevenson and Sammy Joseph. Chevis Jackson also looked good yesterday-not sure if he is a corner or safety.
Chevis Jackson made several 'plays' on the ball, getting his head around while the pass was in the air to find the ball and knock it down. I can't stand corners that never look back and just put their hands up.
Amen to that. But then again if you don't make a play every now and then under Saban, you probably don't get to go in the game.
Hookfin would have been an outstanding player if he would have had Saban coaching throughout college.
I think I read somewhere (believe it was on here) that Saban has become fond of Chevis and has given him extra attention, or something to that extent. Maybe we have our next CW?
