So the Florida game is a sure CBS day game?

Per the CBS site, linked by dandy don today, shows

12:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Auburn @ Arkansas - Donald W. Razorback Stadium - Fayetteville, Ark.

3:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Florida @ LSU - Tiger Stadium - Baton Rouge, La.

This sucks. We are traveling in from VA for that game. I HATE day games (well, compared to night games. What's the saying? A day game in tiger stadium is still better than fill in blank here)

 

CBS is fine by me. Letting the country see us play is what I want

 

well i'd rather let the country see us play at night on ESPN or somthing where we can show them all what LSU is all about cause last year vs georgia and auburn, and 2 years ago vs FLA are not what i want the country to see of LSU

 

CBS gets better ratings which IMO is better.

More fun for us if its at night though

 

Well the only thing worse than a CBS day game is JP sports.

 

i say someone calls in a bomb threat.. empty the stadium for about 3 hours.. then it will be a night game..

 

Damn it that means I have to cram a whole day of drinking into just a few hours.

I agree, day games stink.

 

I understand that LSU is famous for night games. I've learned this over the course of my almost 10 years here. But, if LSU is going to be dominant next year, that whole excuse of home day games has to go. I mean, I dont like to watch football games during the day either, but if they are going to be so good, they will have to win day games, thats inevitable. I think that day games suck. But, if its a national T.V audience, you cant beat that. Who can forget LSU/ UGA? One of the best games of the last few years was a day game.

 

I hate day games. The Mississippi State game this last season was one of the worst games for me. Grumble.
