Be careful - it also implicates Brandon Bass as well. But, the reason I post it is to show that EVERY program "plays the games". It's not just Free $hoes U. or UNLV. The "untouchable" Schools play the game as well. Remember the year before Kansas signed Danny Manning, Kansas coach Larry Brown just happened to hire Danny's dad as an assistant coach even though he didn't have NEAR ENOUGH credentials to land such a job. But, just like when St. Roy Williams CLEARLY VIOLATED NCAA RULES and recruited Lester Earl while he was an LSU player, the NCAA will not touch the "Golden Programs". LSU got JUST SHORT of the death penalty for $5,000 and a knee operation (which they could have given Lester once he got to campus). Yet Michigan gets a SLAP ON THE WRIST (Hell, more like a POKE on the wrist) for giving Chris Webber over $250,000 over 2 years and MILLIONS more to other basketball players OVER A DECADE. THAT alone should have completely invalidated the NCAA.
