    Flag on the play: They all keep saying "he's walked into talent" or "he inherited a team." No mention that he convinced talent to stay AND about his recent recruiting successes. Haters.

    Talent alone is not enough. Talent and determination is neccesary to become a champion. I saw a football player when i was in high school that had all the talent in the world but was always mediocre because he was lazy or didnt have the drive to succeed. His brother had the drive but didnt have the physical tools . If you have enough of the people with both then you become champions.

    I hope Coach Miles can tap all the talent and turn it into results.

    That is why Coach's get paid well at this level.

    Oh Yeah and a little thing called Character has a little to do with it.
