He's getting a head start on pregame whining in case the Cocks make it to Atlanta.

While I don't like the crossed hand waving that Zenon and co. do, (it looks like Miami U to me) I find it interesting that Spurrier is complaining about dirty hits. Anyone remember Fla. viscious late hits on Herb Tyler? Or when Jamie Howard was picked up after the play was over and slammed on his shoulder, seperating it and effectively ending his career.

Whine, whine, whine, Spurrier can coach, but he's a baby when things don't go his way

I've heard it from SOS before. After FSU spanked them in 96, he made a big deal about FSU's "dirty" play. That's all that was talked about leading up to the rematch in the Sugar Bowl.

I love his theory that 4 of 5 members of our punt return team, in the middle of a play, saw a flag thrown and simultaneously had the same reaction....to suddenly take a cheap shot at an opponent.

My reaction is two-fold....a.its bad because Spurrier is always so quotable, and so much of what he says gets plenty of airplay, and b. but no one takes what he says seriously anyway, so no bid deal.

Well, if you are going to be on the punt team, and you don't continuously have your head on a swivel, you deserve to have you clock cleaned, and yes about 5 or 6 on that particular punt got smoked out, including the hapless punter.

Kind of confused now, he's been constantly praising LSU while complaining about us at the same time. He said he voted us #1 without doubt, but also said we played dirty. Then he gives us props for the trick play but has been saying Miles is winning with Saban's players....
