In looking at the stadium it looks like they will have the upper deck and seats done but it doesnt look like the boxes will be done.

Will they let people in the new boxes even if they arent finished?

They have made good headway it seems in the past 2 weeks.

Hope they make it safe for all the fans. Too many kids go to these games for them to take a chance.

The west side will not have clubs or suites, that is on the east side. If you looking for glass or AC type seating, that is not in the plans...Now the press box is a different story, I don't what the deal is with that?

Not true. The west side will have what they call Stadium Club seating. It's not a suite, but it's pretty nice ... at least the demo on the TAF site looks nice.

Not sure of the cost, but I think you have to make a pretty hefty donation to get those seats.

If you wanna see the Stadium Club ... TAF

Yuo're right TigerWins, they will have club seating and it will finished just as much as the other seats wil be. They just won't have of the amenities in place that go along with those seats. One of my good friends complany has club seats and he was told there is a 99.9% percent chance they will be in their seats for the opener. They just won't have the elevators most likely, as well as the carpet, all of the special concessions, windows, etc.

The emphasis is on completing the club seating levels. Much of the new upper deck seats have not been sold for the first two games. Obviously the press box, the PA, the scoreboard, and the lights must be done to play football at all. i think the club seats will be done as well. Those guys pay a lot of $$$ for those seats. LSu isn't giving any of it back if they can help it.

92,600 if I remember right. It puts us back ahead of Georgia by a few hundred.

I happen to be friends with david lafleaur and he shares a suite with jamie Howard. They rent 3/4 of it and he told me they pay $135,000 for their 3/4 part. thats some serious cash.

I heard 92,300 but I don't think anyone really knows for sure until they actually install all of the seats and count em. I'm just glad they didn't have the same mentality of the Mich. and Tenn guys and squeeze an extra 5,000 seats in the same space while they have the chance.
