    I just checked this out and found out that a guy from my High School was selected by the Texans. He was on the football team with me and I used to own him. He was a few years younger than me and could fly past me but if he tried to come over the middle of the line, he was toast.

    Brandon Harrison from Stanford.

    Pretty good at first and the coaches said that some schools were looking at me my soph and junior years. I was captain of the defense who could play a little TE and FB. But then as the dumb kid I was, I decided that partying and chasing tail was far more important.:hihi: After that I got was asked to try out for the N.O. areana league in its 1st year. I would not have made it with all the drinking and lack of training but I had the size(6-3 and b/t 260-285). Then that extra partying through the 2nd half of college produced my daughter and I havent really looked back.

    I look at it as If I would have gone to play football at some small school, I would have never meet my wife and had the beautiful daughter I have now.

    That equates to a dumb kid?? Then I was one of the dumbest!! :grin::grin:

    Seems to me like you made out pretty good. My father gave up a MLB career to take care of his mother and start his own family. He never looked back. Nothing can be more important than family.

    Pretty impressive(as usual), that despite our lack of size, we still are fertile ground for great athletes.

    Must be all the PCBs...:lol::lol:

    Your Dad is a great man. That is a life choice anyone would be proud of.
