1. Since there is a large group of people here who don't like Brady, give me your reasons why you hate the guy.
  2. this is very interesting ..good idea here
  3. Like I've said I'm not for or against Brady.
I hope he has success because that mean LSU has success.

IMO, Bradys biggest problem is that he isn't yet proven as a SEC
    coach.

With a guy like Rick Patino, a guy with a resume, you can afford to
wait longer than you can to build a program with someone like Brady.
You know what you got in Rick Patino but you don't know yet what you have in Brady.

I also asked myself before the Kentucky game if this team has progressed and the answer was NO.
They stepped it up against Kentucky and played an excellent game but took a step backwards against Ole Miss IMO.

Most fans around here just want a little more consistantcy....
  4. So when is Pitino interviewing for the LSU job? Do the B Bashers think Pitino will be standing in the interview line with Coach K, Roy Williams, Phil Jackson, Tubby Smith and Pat Riley?

Instead of everybody telling why they don't like Brady why don't you tell us who you would hire to replace him and why your choice would even consider the LSU job. LSU is not going to come up with Nick Saban type money for a basketball coach anytime in the forseeable future.
  5. I didn't say that I liked or disliked him.

Rick Patino was just an example and I do believe their are plenty
    of coaches out there...
Having said that I hope everything works out and Brady stays because I do believe that would be a better situation.

We will see after next year IMO

I did question his recruiting a little because we do have a lot of players that have left the program, thats not a good thing.

Yes people leave but how many have left now?
I think its an abnormally high amount.

Having said that we only have Glen Davis coming next year that I'm aware of that is a good player I believe.

I really hope everything comes out good....

The only thing that I was unhappy with is the spotty and inconsistant play of this team.

Others say we're young but I don't buy that argument.
we've had young players before that made an impact as freshman
Clearance Ceaser, Vernal Singleton, Wayne Simms, John Williams,
    Maurice Williamson.....

These were freshman and they weren't too young and I'm sure theres more.
  6. Shaq was on the bench for a few games in his freshman year. He is explosive but inconsitance at best during his freshman year.

Kentucky shown us Shaq cannot play perimeter defense.
  7. Many reasons.

His 35% SEC winning record. 35% of signees graduate. His reported running around with a coed. His volatility. Never accepts any blame but places blame on fans and players. Only claim to fame is being Joe Dean, Jr's roommate. Very poor recruiting decisions amd many recruits have questionable personalities. Has quit coaching in some games and accepted losses. Does not recruit to his system-motion offense. Does not run offense suited for the players he has recruited. Several players quitting each year indicate serious problems. A jerk.

    That's probably enough for now.
  8. Are you telling me that Shaq didn't have a positive impact his freshman year, that is not what I remember........

What about Ceaser, Singleton and the rest I listed?

What I mean by this is consistant play, in other words not being inconsistant.......
  9. Sourdough, we won 18 games and could end up with 20 or more. How much of an impact do you want?
  10. Re: Many reasons.

where was it reported he was running around with a coed? TigerEducated reported it, but only as rumor. where is it "reported"? and why has he not been fired for sleeping with coeds?

i think taking a probation team to the sweet 16 is more of a claim to fame...than being somebody's roommate.

when did he quit coaching in games and accept losses?

im not trying to make any points....just wondering.
