KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee was ready to forfeit to No. 3 LSU if Saturday night's game in Baton Rouge had not been rescheduled for Monday night because of Hurricane Rita.

I have not seen anywhere that the Vols are afraid of The Tigers this link is from the Tennessean http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050923/SPORTS0601/509230455/1345/SPORTS no where is it said they would forfeit but it was a good thought I will not be in Baton Rouge for the game and I do have a place to stay for free in Baton Rouge . Another link tell how the writers think the game will go http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050923/SPORTS06/509230453/1345/SPORTS they are pickin LSU I will say Ut will win . It is hard for me this game I like both LSU and The Vols , my heart is with the Tigers , but let's look .+++++ DEFENSE: The LSU defense struggled to slow Arizona State's passing, allowing 560 total yards as Arizona State QB Sam Keller completed 35 of 56 passes for 461 yards and four touchdowns. CB Ronnie Prude continued to struggle in coverage and the Tigers showed they have a lot of work to do to improve their pass rush. I am not sure that the Tigers even got close to Sam . If the Tigers plan to win they will have to get to the UT quarterback . Gonna have to sack the qb ++++++THE DEFENSE: The defense kept the Vols in the game against Florida, they sacked Florida QB Chris Leak five times, harassed him throughout the game and gave up only one touchdown. Florida's other points were set up special teams mistakes and the defense prevented the Gators from turning those breaks into touchdowns. The one thing the defense didn't do was force any turnovers and that will have to change against LSU if the Vols plan to win the game in Baton Rouge. I think that the Vols played a stronger team than LSU played , I think Chris is a better qb than Sam GEAUX TIGERS GO VOLS play a game that we can talk about for years !!! When She Feels Lucky she comes around ROCKY TOP SPORTS BAR It takes special fans to have a winning team
